This year’s Matriarch’s gathering will be focused on honoring one another as women and developing the type of cultural maturity needed for these changing times. The experiences that we are having today are notably changing mainstream culture. In some ways we are witnessing social regression, in others we can see a clear evolution of our awareness. These cultural changes are shifting the ways that we think, feel, and see one another.
In this two and half day gathering we will look at how our thinking is being changed by shifting cultural realities. We will talk about the stories that we carry and the stories that carry us and how we can become the narrators of a new future. We will look at cultural maturity as an invitation, a theory of change, purpose and interrelatedness that can lead us into new ways of being human and healthier ways of being in relationship with the rest of life.
